How AI processes data: AI is used for match insights, astrology summaries and the chat assistant. For astrology we send only anonymous chart facts (signs, nakshatra, dasha, etc.): not your name, phone, email, address or documents. For chat we send your messages and first name only. Uploaded documents and photos are never sent to an AI provider. AI output is indicative and reviewed by humans where it matters.
Consent: we ask separately for (a) the privacy notice and processing for matchmaking, (b) confirmation that the candidate is an adult and you act with their knowledge, (c) sharing your profile with verified members, (d) optional AI features, (e) optional promotional messages. Each consent is time-stamped and stored. You can withdraw any consent at any time (section 5).

On an approved erasure request we delete your profile, photos, documents, match entries and astrology data and anonymise your account. Records we must keep by law (payments) are retained and then deleted when the legal period ends.
